When I started training with FORTIS I was stuck in the ‘winter hole’. Snow outside, no golf tournaments in sight and I was slightly demotivated. Shifting my focus to performance indicators like strength, club head speed, a decreased level of body fat and so on helped me to get my motivation back. Eventually I got into the training routine and saw fast results. Especially regarding my mobility. And with increased mobility comes increased length and strength. This experience was awesome. And btw. I also lost some pounds.

When I started with FORTIS PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS I was looking to get back on a training schedule. Over the course of the first 4 weeks my coach implemented a weekly structure for me. We worked on my mobility, stability, overall strength, and set daily targets for my nutrition and overall activities. It was easy to get back on a fitness routine with Kevin being in close contact with me all the time. I managed to improve my movements significantly, felt muscles after workouts I didn’t know I had (haha) and had a lot of fun during the coaching sessions and weekly recaps. Definitely recommend FORTIS for every golfer.

We started off with basics, trying to figure out how fit I currently am and where to start off building up muscle, also finding out about certain weaknesses and how to work on them. From this state, I got my training plan for the first week, learning about basics and starting off lifting weights, the first results came in very fast.  Especially cause of the great plan I got for my overall caloric intake and macro nutrients, so I really knew what kind of foods to eat, to help my body build stability and muscle! The communication works very well, sending videos after every training to get feedback but also weekly calls to prepare and also evaluate. Fortis Performance systems has worked out very well for me. So i did not only start hitting the golf ball further but also a lot more consistent over the course of a round!

I started with the FORTIS golf fitness training program 6 months ago. In the first weeks we focused on basic movements, movement mechanics and my nutritional habits. Kevin analyzed all these areas carefully and gave me a new set up regarding my training schedule, nutrition and mobility routine.

I was able to increase my deadlifts from 200lbs (90kg) to 315lbs (140kg) and to finally get my driver constantly to a ball speed over 170mph to hit drives between 310-330 yards (280-300m) on the course.
